Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Please note, you may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to one hour before your scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation is made and a refund is requested, please be aware that a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of your cancellation request and returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking. If you do not cancel or reschedule prior to the one-hour window and fail to attend your appointment, a $20 No-Show fee will be charged. This fee is non-refundable.
